West Egg - Breakfast in Atlanta

West Egg is one of those restaurants that is just always there for you for breakfast. What I mean by that is they are always consistent, have tons of options, and a great location. It's located on the Westside off of Howell Mill. Its a cute breakfast spot that sells all breakfast favorites like sour cream pancakes, a variety of eggs benedicts, and frittatas. They also have great bloody mary cocktails, and a grapefruit and sage mimosa in which is my favorite. West Egg is most popular for their shrimp and grits, which are very tasty. The shrimp and grits are served with a wine sauce and pickled okra. Although the shrimp and grits are a crowd-pleaser, I always go for their frittatas which they change weekly. For example, sometimes they have a southwest frittata special or BLT frittata special either way "I'm getting it!" This place is perfect for casual breakfast or brunch and service is always great.
